The new National Executive President of the Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG), Comrade Salimon Akanni Oladiti in company of his wife Mrs. Adenike Oladiti, held a Thanksgiving Service to appreciate Almighty God Almighty for His mercies on his life and family.

The event took place at Christ Apostolic Church (C.A.C), Oke-Isegun Igbalaloju, Ibadan, and was attended by colleagues, friends, family members, and key dignitaries from the labour and political spheres.
The service comes three weeks after Comrade Oladiti emerged as NUPENG’s National Executive President during the 6th Quadrennial National Delegates Conference held in Lagos, 24th April 2026.

Speaking at the service, Comrade Oladiti expressed gratitude to Almighty God for sparing his life and all the blessings bestowed on him and his family thus far. He also appreciated the immediate past President, Comrade Prince Williams Akporeha; former General Secretary, Comrade Joseph I. Akinlaja; and former Governor Olusegun Mimiko, for taking time out of their busy schedules to honour him with their presence.
The event concluded with prayers offered by Pastor Micheal Falowo, lead clergy, for divine guidance, protection, and wisdom for Comrade Salimon Oladiti and the entire NUPENG family.
