NUPENG PARTICIPANTS JOIN OTHER TRADE UNIONS AT NLC RAIN SCHOOL 2024

In a remarkable display of solidarity and commitment to workers’ education, participants from the Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) joined forces with other trade unions at the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) Rain School 2024. The event, held in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, brought together representatives from various sectors to deliberate on critical issues related to labour, education, and the future of work.

Theme: Workers Education and the Future of Work.

The NLC Rain School 2024 provided a platform for intensive learning, knowledge sharing, and strategic planning. Under the theme “Workers Education and the Future of Work,” participants engaged in thought-provoking discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions.

As the NLC Rain School 2024 concluded, NUPENG participants returned to their respective zones—Lagos, Warri, Port Harcourt, and Kaduna—with renewed determination. They carry with them the knowledge gained during the event, ready to champion workers’ rights, promote education, and shape the future of work.
