The National Leaderships of Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) and Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) attended a seminar on Collective Bargaining and Negotiation in Dubai.
The robust and engaging programme which lasted for two weeks in February 2020, created an avenue for the leaderships of the oil unions to gain more insights into best practices that can help to improve skills and deepen the knowledge unionists need to build and re-build strong and effective institutions that can promote and protect members’ interests.
