Participants were carefully drawn from various branches and zones of the Union whereby young trade unionists were thoroughly coached and educated for effective participation in strategic development plans through use of mentors to further strengthen trade union movements and security.

According to the programme philosophy, the voice of women and youths should be heard and reflect in the trade Union activities with balanced representation.
